They care more about money than anything. They're strictly sales people and unethical. Don't trust them at all with my mouth. They try to sell everything that is not covered by insurance and will tell you they check your coverage and lie and say the procedure isn't covered so they can get more money out of you with their "conventient financing".

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Yes! It was very unprofessional! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? No, it seems like they care about money more than me Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was annoying

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really

Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, their staff isn't organized at all Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Yes, it was almost unbearable Is this business in a safe neighborhood? No, I didn't feel safe Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

All dental work is outrageously expensive, this office is normal. They changed dentists recently, and I miss the one they had before, he was nice. It is always freezing cold in the office - bring a sweater. The staff was helpful when I called with a question or concern. I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

They work ethic sucks. The denist aren't good. There a rip off. Do not go to family dental of Lancaster the absolute worst dental office I have been to literally.. 500$ for getting my teeth cleaned. Yea I know lol. The manger is all jacked up over there. She can't even do her job lol. I honestly want them to close for how bad they are. what everyone has said about this provider is very true. all they care about is adding to their bottom line. they billed me incorrectly one one time but 3 times. the only way we could get it resolved is by making an appointment and arguing with 3 different people, wasting at least 2 hours for each appointment, just to discuss their billing. this provider is a piss poor excuse for a health care provider. they are obviously in it just for the money and could care less about the patient. every time I went in for treatment they ... read more
