I was very please with the staff & dentist and the work that had to be done on my teeth, i must say they are outstanding and they care about they patients....I would say they are EXCELLENT!!!!!!!

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Staff informed me my insurance would cover costs and when it came time for the appointment they wanted me to pay ALL costs up front. The staff did not inform me I would have to pay for the costs beforehand which was an outrageous amount of over 8,000. I was allowed back with my son who has medical problems which if I would have known I would never even stepped foot in the door. Office was dirty and the wait time was horribly long! They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The staff tried to sell unneccesary works.
