Very nice and clean office with professional staff. Dr. Obeid was very gentle and thorough, making sure that I was as comfortable as possible during the entire procedure. I really am glad to express my amazing experience with the comfort and professionalism at the clinic. Everybody there are friendly and calm. The doctors explain all the pros and cons of any treatment. Dr. Obeid has a great rapport with his assistant and Christina - hygienist. They work very well together.

Family Dental of Palatine is by far the best dental facility to go to, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The dentist's and hygienist's are very gentle and thorough with their procedures. Dr. Nidal Obeid is extremely efficient and caring in his work, he really does care a lot about people and genuinely wants to help. Overall the whole staff is friendly and know what they are doing, I recommend this place to everyone.

I really appreciate the hard work and the customer service for the schedule, I change my appointment couple times and Layla she was able to help me and provide me with the good time and the Dr was great everything was perfect and for sure I will do next appointment later, Again thank you for the hard work and the great customer service,
