The staff and dentist are so helpful and nice. My children who are two three and five have had bad experiences in a dentist office in the past but here they were so comfortable and relaxed I was amazed. Thank you for making it such a positive wonderful experience for my children.
I love this place. They make you feel important. My smile has been broken for years.They fixed it for me and I feel like a new person. Thanks again!
I used to dislike dentist visits but I love coming here. The entire staff makes me feel like family and an MVP! I come here for routine cleaning, I've removed two wisdom teeth with Dr.Rivera, and I now have braces. I have a crazy work schedule and they would always accommodate me. I totally recommend!
Completed my first visit with Family Dental of Palatine and thought I would share my experience. I've struggled with anxiety for some time and was greatly worried about my visit to the dentist. I'm well aware of how my anxiety would be off putting to some, but EVERYONE in that office was patient, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Riveria was patient, supportive, and helped make the experience as easy as possible. I'm planning on returning in a month for a follow up visit. Great experience and awesome staff.

The Absolute best dental office I have Ever been to!!! From staff the front desk, to those assistingthe dentists, to the dentists themselves. ....I honestly can't say enough good things about them all. They are totally caring, experienced kind human beings! I've been petrified of dentists my entire life, and oh how they are calming individuals.
