Very pleased with the overall service provided by Dr. Riemer and her staff. Appreciate the attentiveness and warm greeting from the office staff as well as the extra time Dr. Riemer takes in making sure my needs are being met.
We love this dental office! Dr. Riemer is wonderful, as is all of her staff. My 8 year old daughter had a wonderful experience. Kim is SO great! We love her! Dr. Riemer is so great with kids. She makes them feel so comfortable. When my daughter was fearful of the xrays, Dr. Riemer and her staff did not push her to do them because they "didnt't want her to have a bad dental experience." I highly recommend this office to both adults and kids!
Everyone was great and very thorough, from the front desk to the back office and hygiene. This was my first visit and I enjoyed meeting Dr. Palafox and the rest of the staff. The Dr. was very patient and made sure he explained everything to me regarding my exam procedures. I got lucky and hygiene had an opening and I got to get my teeth cleaned on the same day! I really appreciated that they offered that to me and I was a very happy camper that I did not have to come back!
I felt very welcomed and really liked that they actually take the time to explain what they are doing and how this may and can effect you. An overall great feeling!
I took my 4 year old in and the staff is awesome. Very friendly and good with children. My child loves going here actually because of how friendly they are.
I was received promptly, prepared quickly and treated immediatrely. I received excellent service and was "in and out" in less than 45 minutes.
Could not be more pleased with the service Dr.Riemer is providing for both of my sons. Dr. always takes the time to explain any procedures and keeps me up to date on the progress of my youngest son's braces.
This is a great place! Everyone is nice and personal; a perfect small down dentist.
