While the technical expertise is a major factor in customer service there is so much more to customer service. And, a major item in any relationship is simple communication and interaction. Dr. Reimers Dental Group is a professional and friendly office. The dental staff was very thorough in doing my exam and I felt everyone was experienced in their job. When additional work was needed I was told why and what options were available to me. The dentist was very informative with her recommendations rather than being pushy or rude. Great appointment.

I have and extreme fear of going to the dentist, but everything was so friendly and gentle in the course of my treatment that it was easy to be calm. I was greeted by name and made to feel at home from the moment I entered the door - that is a rare thing. after leaving a dentist i was unhappy with...there's no comparison...Dr Reimer and her staff are fabulous! they get it right the first time. always call you back when they say they will and try their best to accomodate your schedule. Customer service is definitely a priority for them!
Dr. Riemer and her office staff are so very friendly and efficient. They provide patients with any kind of support needed, and are great about giving appointments reminders.
