My niece has been fighting for almost 2 months to receive a retainer from this office. They gladly charged her $500 but everytime she made a call to ask when it would be in, they would promise to call back with an update on it's status and never did. After a month, when she called to ask for a refund, they didn't even question why, which makes me think they never ordered the retainer to begin with. It's been two weeks since they claimed they would "request" a refund and we have yet to see that or any updates on it since. Unf... read more
