Everyone was very professional and helpful as usual.
My experience with my first visit was excellent. My problem was quickly diagnosed & told what I needed to do. I was so pleased with Dr. Bowers that I know I will be doing a return visit. Thank you for being who you are.
I wasn't looking forward to my visit, considering the work I had to get done. However, the staff made it much more bearable and easier to handle. I enjoyed having music to listen to and smiling faces surrounding me. Attitude makes all the difference. Thanks for your great service and hospitality!
Lots of good things: 1. Did not have to wait very long. 2. Sheila was very understanding and helpful with my particular needs for transferring to and from my powerchair, and making sure that I did not get dizzy while leaned back. 3. The dental cleaning went very well. She made sure that I was comfortable, allowed plenty of fluid removing from mouth and throat. Was very skillful with the cleaning tools. 4. I appreciate Dr Bowers thorough examination of my overall dental health needs, and encouragement.
Very professional group and my hygienist made an excellent suggestion for flossing instead of telling me that I needed to do better. Much appreciated!
As always, my visit was pleasant. Everyone at the center is very professional and friendly. I will miss Dr. Bishoff but wish him well as he retires!
I have been with Family Dental for several years. I have seen Dr Bowers and Dr Peters. Both have been very easy when working on my teeth and if I needed a break they stopped and let my jaw rest. I had a procedure done and the next day Dr Perers called himself to check and see if I was in pain , did I need anything and said if I needed any of them to call .
