Everyone in this dental office is very patient, gentle and caring.
Excellent care. Check in was efficient & I had only a 5 or so minute wait before being called in. I had a filling replaced. Dr. Nelson & Holly kept me pain free & did a great job. Both were very personable and professional. Tiffany is wonderful...she checked me out quickly & always does an excellent job. Very positive experience.
As always, I had a pleasant visit.
Sad to say,but i had not been to the dentist in several years...i came to the FDC because of high reviews from friends..needless to say they made feel so at ease...i was really nervous,but the technician named Holly could not have been more nice...she explained exactly what it was they were going to do,as well as working with my insurance to provide the best possible financial plan for me...i have alot of work ahead of me,but i cannot think of anyone i would rather have take care of something i neglected in the past...
I have gone to this practice for over 30 years, Dr Bowers and Dr Bischoff(retired) are great, Staff are professional and I have all my original teeth. very pleased with their care
