Waiting room time was minimal. Staff, including Dr. Jacobs, dental assistant, and front office, was friendly. Work was well-done.
I had to make an emergency visit and even though I had not been to the office in a few years the Doctor and staff were very accommodating to my emergency, Great Experience

I cannot say enough nice things about Crystal. She did a a fabulous job on my chipped front tooth. You can't tell it was ever broken. The best part was her pleasant personality. She's just plain fun to be around, even in a dental chair. Good job, Crystal! Your my favorite one! The only negative was making the appointment. Do not remember the girl's name but she really wasn't keen on getting me in. She didn't seen to get I had a broken front tooth the weekend b4 Xmas. She asked me if it could wait...REALLY?
