Overpaid them because they said I had a large balance insurance didn’t pay....then they sent my 2nd check back telling me I’ve got a $232 bal because insurance paid more...asked them to refund it and was told that would take 4-6 weeks!!!! Beware if you need your money like I do...they are quick to take it but SLOW to refund it. Unbelievable!!!!
Recommendedthis was my first time coming here very friendly staff very informative telling what there doing how there doing it this is the first dentist that numbed me in two different areas and I didn't even feel it amazing that put me at ease right from the beginning

Doctor Masters and staff have done wonderful work with my dental care. Everyone does really care about your well being. Recently Doctor Masters told me about implants that attach to your lower dentures. I had it done and all I can say is WOW! Lower dentures do not move around and feel fantastic. Eating is now a great pleasure once again.
Everyone here is so nice! Highly recommend coming to this facility. Dr. Masters was excellent taking care of me today ! I had to receive 3 fillings in which I was very nervous due to previous bad experiences else where. He was very patient and kept me comfortable. I’m coming back for more work feeling much better knowing he will be taking care of me! Thank you :)
I’m really happy with Family Dental. I have A LOT of anxiety when it comes to dental work. Dr. Masters and his team did my first crown and they were excellent. His assistant took the time to explain what was going to happen and she really put me at ease. I highly recommend Family Dental.
