We had a horrible experience. We will not be returning. We’ve been going to this office since it opened. EVERY appointment we’ve had has been rescheduled at the offices request, with little notice. Initially, I thought hey maybe they’re just busy since it’s new, be patience it’ll work itself out. Best dental experience in a long time!! Dr. Plecas and Dr. Masters are truly the best, my hygienist Jessica is very through and really knows her stuff! The assistant Jessie was kind and explained everything and bonus-she’s super funny! All the people I encountered made my visit memorable (in a good way) these people obviously love their jobs and working with each other. If I had 3 thumbs up it still isn’t enough!!!
