This place is definitely a dental family that cares for you. I felt so welcome on my first visit. I went in because I had a bad toothache, and after my x-ray, I found out I had a lot of work to be done. After my consultation, i knew i would definitely be in safe hands. I have been a patient at Family Dental Care of Bellevue for a few years. I previously had my veneers done at previous dentist office over 10 years ago. So it was time to replace my old veneers. I had requested to work with the lab that worked with my previous dentist as I liked how natural they looked and Dr. Galloway was OK with that. Even though color matching was done in person, the quality and color of the veneers were less than acceptable. Very friendly professional staff. My first visit, I found the intake procedure with office supplied IPad, easy and efficient. Dr. and hygienist were very informative, taking the time to explain everything and asking if I was comfortable during the procedure. Highly recommended.
Dr.Bauer & his staff are incredibly welcoming, caring & professional. I had the best experience as a new patient - everything from my onboarding, x-rays & cleaning. Truly one of the best experience I've had for dental care, I cannot recommend them enough!
