Dr. Hawk and staff are always very friendly and explain what they are doing and what may need to be done. They do a great job!
I require a walker and the front entrance is difficult. The hygienist was friendly and competent, but apologized that they were understaffed. The receptionist didn’t seem to understand the hygienist’s request for a double appointment and the hygienist herself had to schedule it. On leaving I was told I could use the unmarked handicapped exit in the back.
