Definitely yes Did you feel like this provider's office was sufficiently staffed? Yes

Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly

Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? No, it's obvious their colleagues don't respect them Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Not at all, they rushed me out the door Were you glad that you had the appointment with your provider? No Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic

Yes, they answered my call right away Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

They owe me an refund for over a year now I call every month and get the same responce, now you know if I owder them money they would call me and report me for unpaid bills... what a way to own a COMPANY>>>

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Well before I came in I was so nervous, when I got to the office I signed in had a seat the receptionist was very unprofessional, texing and looked at my insurance card with disdain and quickly tossed it aside, at tht moment I started to to walk out...worse attitude and manners ever.
