They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was though satisfied with my visit.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

While checking on my appointment time the operator was rude and rushed me through the conversation. She ultimately transfered me to the actual office because she seemed very irrated with my questions. Customer Service was definitely lacking and if I was not already a patient I would have definitely taking my business else where.

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
