I have been there many times with no problems, I just gave them 4 stars because not sure how experience they are.....may be students......everyone has to start out new tho.

It's hard to find a dentist who accepts state insurances....but there ARE other dentists in town who do, and one is in downtown Loveland. These people here are predatory, rude and I have to wonder if they are not DENTAL STUDENTS. You NEVER see the dentist on the door...they treat you and do work like they are practicing on a clinic victim. See Dr. Vogt if you need a dentist nearby and have state insurance.

I only gave them one star because it isn't possible to give them NO STARS!! I went in for a post and crown last October and was told that the dental insurance we had would not cover a porcelain crown but would cover the post itself. I had the procedure done and all sorts of problems (crown wrong size, grinding natural tooth down to "fit" it in, filthy areas, etc) and apparently the staff didn't check the ins because they are billing us/harassing us for the money they say we owe for the post. I had to switch dental providers due to insurance last year. The Dr. stated I needed old fillings replaced and also worked on a tooth that he thought he could save. Two weeks later I ended up in the ER with an infection in my jawbone and missed a month of work. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

These guys are CHEATERS and It's the worst experience I had with a dentist's office. The front desk lady was rude and they make you wait for hours every time. She couldn't enter my insurance information correctly looking at my id card and gave me an estimate that 250% lower than what it should be. I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office and was not surprised to find that there were 26 such complaints against these guys.

I was looking for a dentist close to where I lived and I saw this place so I thought I would try it. First my husband went. He was informed that he had 7 cavities and some were not fillable because they were on the side of his tooth. The office was unfriendly and dirty. He went back to get the fillings they could fill done and low and behold he has since had to go somewhere else to get them redone. They did a terrible job. I needed to change dental offices because the old was not in my new insurance. So I went on the insurance site and this office came up. The one in Tri-county was supposed to be under my insurance. Later found out they were not, but they called and switched me to an office that was within my insurance in Mason. When we got there, the waiting room was filthy looking (floor was nasty). 1st observation- dirty reception area, nasty when scheduling apt., and apts. are scheduled 3 months out. Office is over loaded with customers to make you a priority. All women besides one were rude. I as well would not even give them 1 star.
