Clean, cozy lobby and always friendly. I once had an experience where when they put that numbing stuff in my mouth for a cavity filling and it didn't numb the right spot because I tensed up. Instead of adding more, they offered to put me on light nitrous, which would relax me so I wouldn't tense up and the numbing solution would go in the right area. They where so nice about it too.
