I came a few days before my appt to take care of my paperwork & by the time I came back for my actual appt, the front desk associate greeted me like I had been a patient for years! Dr. Heather Johnson was wonderful, and my hygienist did a great job. I left so happy & the new patient gift bag is such a lovely touch!

This was my first visit to this office. From the young lady who unlocked the door to let me in from the rain, to the caring and gentle hygienist who explained everything to me to the doctor who discussed my condition and results, the whole team was genuinely friendly, caring and completely competent.

I recently moved to Rock Hill and was in need of a new dentist. After reading reviews, I chose India Hook Dental Care. As someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist, I am so thankful I found this practice. The staff is fabulous...so caring, personable, and gentle when working on your teeth. I highly recommend India Hook Dental.

Wow! What a difference in Customer Care and a great Manager (Vickie).She took the time to check all issues with insurance and worked out a payment option that works for me to get what I needed. Thank You so much, made all the difference in just being kind and pleasant to this patient.😀

Horrible, horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Worst I’ve ever seen. They treat you like they’re doing you a favor. They never answer they’re phones and give you the run around when running your insurance. They’re just looking for your money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

So thankful to have been lead to this office, I am still trying to recover from the horror of another local dentist. This office is CLEAN, professional with the greatest technology and teams, they make dental care look like ballet. Stop wondering, make the appointment, you will thank me later.

My Hygienist was very knowledgeable and kept me at easy during my visit. She did not appear as a stranger but as a personal friend. I look forward to my visit because of her and my dentist.
