I HATE the dentist but this staff just makes you feel at ease and walks you through each step. Very good pricing and no surprises at check out. I’ve never been one to go to the dentist regularly but with Melissa and staff, I don’t mind it one bit.
Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable here! I needed a cleaning and found out I needed fillings. I’m not from the area so on top of being in an unfamiliar place with a new dentist, I was getting my first fillings (and hate needles). Dr. Jarrell and all the assistants were awesome and made me feel much better. I also appreciate them getting me in to adjust the fillings when I needed them, and for answering my questions and giving recommendations even though I’ve left the area. *Great facility **Friendly staff & Dr's ***TIMELY!!! You can tell the Dr's love their practice, and really value their patients.
I am personally terrified of any dentist. However, I had the greatest experience here! They were VERY gentle and made sure I was numb rather than rushing to the procedure. They told me every step before the did it, made sure I was comfortable, and kept asking if I was in any pain! The ladies knew I hated having cotton in my mouth so they did not put any in before I left and they did everything based on my comfort rather than their own. I would give them more than 5 stars if that was possible! I’ll never go to another dentist... read more
