I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
