I'd give no stars if I could! I thought this was going to be a good place to get counseling and help with birth certificates and whatnot, but it's definitely not. Took 2 months to get my BC back only to state that this place didn't pay for it. Then my case manager kept going in circles, trying to stall the whole process even more, and didn't understand that all they had to do was pay for it like they said they would. This place is nothing but a "J-O-K-E, JOKE"! They make "BIG PROMISES" they can't/won't keep, but they still want your insurance company to pay "BIG-BUCKS" for you being there. And if they tell you anything about "HOUSING", If anyone believes that: Well I have some "OCEANFRONT PROPERTY" in "MINNESOTA" for sale real cheap. Any questions?
Not do the best good Yes this location is the worst of all the shelters. Bedbug bites is a common occurrence and complaints. For as I know have not build any dwellings with donations. The food served is mostly pasta based. Check in between 5pm to 7pm Lights out 10pm Check out time 5am to 7am Group showers Bar if you don’t want or get a case worker So if you’re lucky you may get 5 hours of sleep.
