In my experience the staff are all friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Dr. Harden is one of the best doctors I have seen, he genuinely cares about his patients wellbeing and is very supportive.

I was taking my son (9) here for counseling services. Out of the 3 sessions he had, his counselor called in twice. Once we were already waiting in the office and were told while we had been waiting, were then advised we would need to reschedule. We then waited over 10 minutes to try to reschedule because the secretary was “preoccupied”. I had work and my son had school so we left. This place doesn't follow or even know the ADA LAWS. they wouldn't allow me to be in their office because I had a service animal. I was suppose to have someone watch her while I went there. I told them she's a service animals she goes where I go and is allowed anywhere I go. They are breaking the law by telling me I can't have her with me in there.

I get it that this agency can only support with basic counseling but that fact that I was really struggling with my son, this place dropped the ball. Caleb was great when he was with this agency and super supportive as well as helpful. Once he left, the person who was supposed to take over just seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. I went and sought out services elsewhere.
