Might have to find another doctor now that I read these reviews. I loved Dr. Nghavi too :( Waiting here now, curious to see how long I'm here for.
The customer service is awful I have to wait days for a response every time I call to get a refill for my meds an the phone receptionists are discurtiouse
The wait time is ridiculous. They over book and ignore their patients. I'm beyond tired of them trying to do quantity and not quality.
Been coming here for a while and it's great!!! The doctors are awesome. These is the best place to come to, instead of going to hospital. All these people talking about waiting for 3 hours wow who does that. You can go and say something after the first 10,or 20 mins. Haven't had a problem with the wait here at all. It's better if y'all try it out for yourself instead of reading all these reviews.
It seems more like a true “clinic” with people that have no other choice or insurance. No personal care, and you may never see the same doctor or PA at any given time. Two or more hour wait with an appointment. I’m so glad I never have to go here again and hope anyone in the area finds better care.
