They left us in the room for 3hrs and forgot about us in till I said something, the nurse said she's was going on lunch, all just to wait for a dr's note and for the prescription to be called in to the pharmacy
Just awful experiences here. They make you wait an hour just to verify insurance and then when they finally call you to take you to a room, they take another hour for the doctor to see you!!
I’m not very happy with this dr office! I’ve waited since Monday afternoon/Tuesday morning for my daughters ultrasound results only to be told time and time again when I call that someone will call me. They scanned the wrong patients results into my daughters chart and told me hers were ready and waiting for the dr to review. I called back today to ask about them only to be told they are still waiting to be scanned into her chart. How can you take your time with a 13m olds ultrasound results? What if something is wrong? Do yourself a favor and just find another Doctor. Seriously I could write a book with all the things wrong with this place.
This place is terrible in every way. I HAD to use this office because of my insurance and I had them change it ASAP. Very unprofessional and they take FOREVER!
Worst clinic I have ever being to!! Being here for 3 hours and they still haven't check my daughter!! I don't recommend this clinic at all!!!!������
