It used to be a great doctor's office but it has really gone downhill. The wait times have gotten to be very long, even when making an early appointment. They will deny a medication refill to get you to come in for an appointment but won't even give you the courtesy of calling you to tell you you need to make an appointment. Instead, you find out when you see if your prescription is ready from the pharmacy.

They could start by answering their phone. They "reopened" post lunch at 1pm (I called at 12:30 and got a message telling me to call back at 1pm as they were at lunch). I called at 1:01 pm, and have been on hold for 32 minutes so far, waiting for a live person. For "fun", I am videoing the hold on my phone, to see how long this wait could possibly be.

Have been with this practice for almost two decades. They are always friendly and efficient in helping to manage my care. I have a number of specialists to handle my care and they do a fantastic job wrangling the data and helping to assure that my records are thorough and accurate. Dr. Panzarella is the kind of doctor that treats you with respect and gets to know you.

The doctors here are just a directory for specialist. Wouldnt recommend it.
