I feel like the staff are rude , Unprofessional. The office is dirty the water fountain broken. Your privacy is completely open to everyone that's around you. I don't trust that they comply with hippo laws at all. I think to much information since Obama care. The place is all about money not at all about care. I would say this place is the one to stay away from. They treat you like your in a third world country. I feel if they are about health care they should all learn more or just get out of it.
Not too long of a wait, but The lady Doc I saw wasn't very compassionate and seemed uncaring and annoyed with me. I called ahead to see if they accepted my insurance and was told they did, but upon arrival the Receptionist (who was friendly & nice) was now unsure about whether or not my insurance would cover the cost and asked if I still wanted to see a doctor. Seeing I had no other options I said yes and was told I may be billed for the visit...
I Love FCM! .... Dr Ira Helfend is my PCP! .... he is an amazing Dr (to put it quite bluntly) .... He Really Knows His Shit!!!! Check his credentials! they just don't give out that stuff! .... as far as the rest of the staff goes their friendly and very professional when it comes to their work! I have NO COMPLAINTS !!!! .... Keep Up the Great Work FCM!!!! ��
They are my first stop when I have an emergency, they make you feel at ease, good service.
Worst Place to go to. The people in the billing department have no idea what they are doing and the receptionists are rude. Will never go back
Wonderful place! Took great care of my when my pcp couldn't see me!
