I met Dr Butler while she was substituting for Dr Radz in Puyallup. When Dr Radz could no longer practice, I elected to continue my care with her. You have a great office with friendly staff and wonderful amenities. I just wish you were closer to Puyallup!

Normally, I can handle the superficiality of interacting with the staff there. As an introverted person, I find superficial conversation unpleasant, but I totally get that staff in a dental office have to deal with huge numbers of people; having a meaningful conversation with each would be an unreasonable thing to expect. Melody always greats me with a smile and we take time to have a chat before my appt. The staff is very caring. I tend to be quite anxious when I have a procedure done. The staff does everything to make me feel comfortable.
