Appreciated your staffs flexibility to accommodate my unexpected conflicts. Would like to see an options on reminders other than confirm.

My only problem with my visit was that I was not told that my insurance provider was not in network until after my appointment was over. I realize that I should have checked for myself before calling, but I have worked in a medical office before, and we would not have scheduled an appointment without letting the patient know they are not in network.
I would prefer more diversity in the music...it all sounded the same...very much appreciated the teeth bleaching deal....and gift certificate...thanks, Tim
