Dr. Cullinan and his staff at Family Dental are very easy going, and put my mind at ease when I'm there for a dental procedure. The set a very relaxing mood and environment, which is helpful to the process.
They do treat you like family. A dentist you can trust. He does good work.
The dentist may be the place most people avoid but my visit to Glenview Family Dentist is always a highly-anticipated appointment. Whether I am getting a cleaning, root canal, or crown, I am confident in the exceptional skill and knowledge of the staff. The people there are amazing. The office is clean, and the doctors and their supporting team are both confident and professional on top of being comforting was I was going into surgery for wisdom teeth extraction. Everyone goes above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new practice!
Wonderful doctors, excellent staff except for one very rude, uncaring woman that answers the phone. I was more upset after I spoke with her. I was in so much pain from a procedure I was in tears and wondering if I could get enough pain medication until I saw Dr again the next day. Her attitude was extremely poor and I basically got a "too bad, can't you wait it out til tomorrow?!" I was crying by the time we hung up.
