I am a pelvic health physical therapist in town who has treated her patients and treat my own patients out of her facility. I wish I could give zero stars. I messaged this company prior to scheduling an appointment to ask if they accepted Tricare West. I was told they do. I went forward with making an appointment. Prior to the appointment I filled out insurance information TWICE so they could verify I had insurance. The appointment itself was fine. I was told by Tiffany she would email me her treatment recommendations that following Friday. That didn't happen.
