Although Dr. Donahue and Family Beginnings did give us our daughter, we switched to Dr. Gentry with Advanced Fertility with our son. Dr. Donahue was wonderful and we truly liked him, but the nurses were frustrating, rude, and unprofessional. I believe the lady’s name was Kim who made you feel ignorant and incorrect. Also, Family Beginnings appears to be the lowest cost, but there are so many things they hide. When we switched to Advanced Fertility, it was much lower cost and everything was up front. I am so glad that we chose Family Beginnings!! The whole staff has been wonderful in guiding us through the whole process. We had wonderful results with the invocell process- 7 frozen embryos and 2 fresh transfers ending with a positive hcg test!! I cannot thank Dr. Donahue and Kim enough!!

Pretty disappointed in the communication with family beginnings. Having to go through this already comes with a lot of emotions but now I’m left feeling like I don’t matter or I am not as important as other women. There has been no communication on their part.
