Our vehicle was backed into so we brought it to this location they were hard to deal with communication was poor. When we recieved our vehicle the body paint was not the right color also the place decals on wet paint. We attempted to get it corrected and OWNER refused to talk about it and then began screaming at us and telling us to get off his property. Horrible customer service, bad paint job, never use them. Keep your steak!
I recommend Family Auto Body to anyone who is looking for quality work, and a job well done.
I took my camaro to Family for a full professional paint job. And I have to say they nailed it. They got the body straight and reassembled all the trim and lighting perfect. They work on everything and know all the tricks. I would highly recommend Family Auto Body for show quality paint and body. Very Happy.
Just got my truck back today. It was wrecked last month. These guys went above and beyond any local business I have dealt with in Tucson. Not only was it finished before the time schedule, but the extra work they put into it was great. From the first call I made to them, to picking it up they were top notch.
