They took great care of our fur baby . They did an amazing job with communication . When they give you a quote they stick to it . Happy I called them for a dental cleaning . Staff members are super nice and the doctor answered all my questions .
“Rooster” is a bottle baby Nubian goat that we took on here at the farm. 48 hours ago Rooster became very ill, vomiting, and lethargic. Many phone calls, a trip to another vet, while still talking with the team at Family Animal Medicine, Roosters condition was getting worse. Dr. Albin made a house call on his day off to come check him out first thing this morning. Within hours his condition was improving and he was standing. Everyone was so sweet to our kitten.
Our fur baby, Penelope, was spayed and had a gastroplexy on 4/15. The gastroplexy was a highly recommended surgical procedure to prevent bloat (GDV - Gastric Dilatation and Volvulus). Bloat is a life-threatening condition when the stomach flips or twists, trapping air and gases. Unfortunately, she kept developing a fluid pocket that was not healing and had to be drained multiple times. Her incision site was angry for a long time.
