I have been going to Dr. Elkordy for nearly a decade and she is always exceptional. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I have referred numerous friends and family to her office.
I didn’t realize how unprofessional Dr. Elkordy was until I went to a different dentist after having a small suspicion after my last visit. The cleaning was so quick ( 2 mins ) and at this other dentist , there was sooo much care and attention to my teeth during the cleaning ( 5-8 mins ). I also needed a root canal but the day of my appt was told my insurance hasn’t approved it. Turns out, root canal is considered emergency service and does not require a PA ( prior authorization). Front office staff always pleasent and professional. Dr Elkordy is fantastic. Not only as a dentist but as a person. Always kind and does exceptional work. Highly recommend this practice!
After she was done with her "work", she just left room without a word. Turns out she had also treated my brother. She broke his crown. He said, "Oh, her? She's insane". I can't even get myself to go to a dentist, not even to refill the cavity she created. I should mention, during that visit she did major work, on BOTH sides of my mouth. This involved a cleaning, 3 "drill and fills" and a back molar extraction. How do you live with yourself, do you even have a conscience?
She’s such a good dentist and takes her job serious, she listens to your concerns and needs an is very helpful, kind and understanding, she recently fixed all of my front teeth I was dreading for a while to even want to think about smiling for my wedding due to my teeth she was able to fix them like new now I’m not afraid to smile on my weddig day!! Thank you Dr.Elkordy!!
This was an overall good experience. Dr. Elkordy seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job in explaining the problem, cure options & best solution.
Dr. Elkordy is professional, exceptionlly competent and a good human being.
