Appointment time was punctual. Hygienist as well as the staff I came in connect with were very nice. I have kind of come to expect that though as my wife and I have been going to Dr. Bracken for years.

I put off my visit as long as I could. Dreaded going & even lost sleep over my initial appointment. Dr. Bracken & staff were super welcoming. Pain free, timely, cleaning and check up. Dr. Bracken took the time to explain how additional maintenance could benefit me. I did agree to return. That visit was even better! Again, Dr Bracken took the time to explain processes, & risk of opting not to continue maintenance treatment plan. She genuinely listened to my thoughts and potential barriers. The staff was awesome made me feel at home, took care of me fast and explained everything thing I needed to know about my treatment plan. Also I loved the fact that they went straight for my teeth that needed work instead of working on thing’s that were less important at the time. Thanks again for all your hard work!!!

Everyone was courteous, friendly and efficient. One little comment though, the registration computer shows several documents with small print hard to read. Other than that, so far so good.

I was able to make an appointment for the following morning to repair my damaged back molar that I broke while eating hard candy. I appreciated the prompt service and will avoid all hard/sticky candy in the future!

I could not have been happier with the care I received today. My appointment was right on time. I was told how much each procedure would cost BEFORE any treatment occurred. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received. I would highly recommend Columbus Family Dental Center!!!
