I had a great first appointment. They had room for a cleaning and at the end I was given an estimate for my follow up appointment before I left. Honestly the best cleaning I’ve ever had. It’s great to know upfront what I should expect. The technicians and the dentist were super friendly and informative. Definitely recommend!
I really liked the un-ostentatious exterior of the building and the outstanding state of the art technology of interior. Each staff member I encountered was helpful, competent and seemed to like the job. Dr Bracken was direct with a no-nonsense attitude. Her expert knowledge and experience were evident throughout the examination and assessment.
I needed to have an emergency root canal done and they got me in the same day! The staff was very kind and caring, and made sure I was comfortable. They got the entire procedure done in one sitting, root canal and permanent crown! I was more than pleased with my experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
My daughter had a great visit, as always. Also the staff was very helpful with adjusting bill when we realized that insurance had not been applied.

Dr. Bracken and the Staff were so personable and professional. My Hygenienst did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Bracken did a thorough exam of my teeth following the cleaning. I know some people do not like going to the Dentist, but I can honestly say I look forward to to my appointments at Columbus Family Dental. Luelda Carter
I've gone to Dr. Bracken for several years. Just yesterday I was in and needed more contact between teeth that had previously been worked on, and she said no charge. It's those little things in life that matter and most wouldn't of done that. I feel as a patient I am more then an account number. Her and her team are always very professional and courteous. On top of dental she offers other treatments which I like as well. Thank you.
Due to family illnesses, I had put off going to the dentist for far too long. I so appreciated the friendly staff at CFDC for helping me to feel calm and comfortable. Marie was just fabulous! Such a talent : ) Dr. B came up with a plan to get my smile back...whoop whoop!
