Mrs Gomez and Mr Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable always answered any questions I had in an outstanding timely manner. They went above an beyond for my family. Always just a phone call or text away. Prompt with all services provided.
I had an appointment scheduled by video conference at 9am on a Monday. So, I waited for FFF to call me for the video appointment. Time went by and a lady called me at 9:30 am to notify me that I missed my appointment. I told the lady that I was by the phone waiting for them to call me for my video appointment at 9 am. The lady told me that I was supposed to call in to them for the appointment. I have been working for FFF for over 2 years, they are amazing group and have compassion for each and every individual client.
Overall good experience with getting treated for ADHD and anxiety. I was initially prevented by administrative issues from getting treatment for a month roughly but through persistence Families First did give me a great remote therapist and psychiatrist.
