I made an appointment through the online system for my daughter about a month ago. Contact information was required to make the appointment. We show up for the appointment and are told they refuse to see my daughter because she's under 18. They claim they have no contact information for me. I received a confirmation email for the appointment; they have contact information. I received a text message after we left, from Tennova, stating I will receive text alerts from them. Got up spent the morning preparing for my appointment. I have a terrible busy schedule so very hard for me to find time to go . Got there and was told I'd have to reschedule. First time going there and last . I told the lady I didn't have time to come back she didn't care she was too busy eating her lunch
The staff is so friendly and I absolutely love my doctor!
Made an appointment at 8:45 was not brought back until 9:30 was not seen until 9:40. Not sure who does their scheduling or why they even bother to make an appointment time.
