Made an appointment at 8:45 was not brought back until 9:30 was not seen until 9:40. Not sure who does their scheduling or why they even bother to make an appointment time.
Not what Was expected at all..
I was blessed to have EXCELLENT CARE by Richard E BOCK PA in this sudden death early last year Since his death I've seen Dr. Joseph who was simply "filling in", but NO ONE TOLD THE PATIENTS!! I was passed to Amanda Roberts NP, & Cameron, her medical assistant did her JOB to a tee & went to get the EKG machine because I was having chest pain, high BP, tachycardia & felt 'wrong', then Ms Roberts walks in & starts talking & Cameron comes in wythe EKG machine & Ms Roberts asks her what she's doing??
