If I could give them a zero I would and I was in there less than 10 mins. I made appointments online on Sept 29th for Oct 16th for myself and my daughter. I filled all our paperwork online as well as insurance and medical history. I put in the appropriate spot we needed physicals, specifically my daughter needed hers for school. I made an appointment through the online system for my daughter about a month ago. Contact information was required to make the appointment. We show up for the appointment and are told they refuse to see my daughter because she's under 18. They claim they have no contact information for me. I received a confirmation email for the appointment; they have contact information. I received a text message after we left, from Tennova, stating I will receive text alerts from them. Got up spent the morning preparing for my appointment. I have a terrible busy schedule so very hard for me to find time to go . Got there and was told I'd have to reschedule. First time going there and last . I told the lady I didn't have time to come back she didn't care she was too busy eating her lunch
