FASI helped us with the adoptions of our 3 kids from Russia in 1999, 2002, and 2005. They are wonderful people and incredibly committed to their mission to make adoptions possible. We feel we owe them so much! When we decided to adopt in 1999, Bill was the only person we talked to who was encouraging and positive and was willing to meet with us at once. We were not wealthy, worldly or adventurous, just wanted to have a child to call our own. We have that x 3 thanks to Bill and FASI!
