The staff at Familiar Dentist was very polite. They really helped me out when in need, they explained everything that was going on with me and did everything in their power to accommodate my issue.
Customer service lacking. Staff more concerned with financial end than explaining the insurance and other aspects of the procedures.
I called for a dental cleaning back in June 2015 and they put you on hold for 40 minutes only to tell me they will call me right back. Unfortunately they never returned my call so I had to schedule a cleaning with a different establishment. On 13th October 2015 I had a crown fall out so scheduled an emergency appointment the following day. Unfortunately they could not get through to my dental insurance so they gave me an estimate nearly $1400 to replace my crown, which I believe is excessive. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. Young staff and Drs which is good because dental work has changed so much and a lot of the old dentists in my opinion are a little out of practice and stuck in old ways that may not be as effective/comfortable. I will bring my family here.
The women at the desk were great however the doctor was more concerned with trying to sell me things than focus on my actual appointment. I also waited over an hour is the waiting toom past my appointment time.
I'm a 44 year old female and this is the first time I ever seen a dentist. The staff at this office is nothing less then amazing. I felt like I was with family. Everybody was so kind and caring . I was so afraid when I first walked in but with in 5 minutes all my fear was gone. The dr. Was so gentle and caring. He explained everything he was gonna do before he touched me.
