Everyone was very kind, and nice , made me feel comfortable
Everyone in the office is nice but I am getting tired of my "permanent" crown coming off. Also when I went in this last time the first thing that assistant said to me was "what did you do this time?". I was drinking coffee. Maybe your office should use better supplies. I'm hoping this was the last time I have to come here.
I have been coming to Familia Dental for many years and have been very happy with the caring professional dental service they provide.
I came to the office with a tremendous amount of fear and left confident that the staff will help me return to good dental health. They were kind, gentle, and sensitive to my fears. Thanks to all!
Everything went well at my visit. The time of wait, time of having work done was good. I believe that the work was done well, and with no pain during and after.
I was very pleased with the staff...I was greeted as I walked in the door and the process was explained to me as I waited for my turn to go in. The wait was about 10 minutes which was not to bad.
I live over an hour a way from the office, but am whiling to drive long distance to be seen by this office, they are always extremely friendly and kind. I get major anxiety when it comes to a Dentist and Dr. Sangalang does all he can to make the experience as pleaseant as possible. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
The dentist was the best and very informative.
The office is very clean and organized and everyone was great especially Jessmarie and Maggie.
