Amazing, kind doctor. I drive all the way from Toronto every single time because Dr. Adel is the rare vet who doesn’t overcharge. I’m genuinely grateful — he makes travelling with pets actually affordable. For context: in Toronto, clinics routinely charge $300+ just to file the CFIA travel certificate. Dr. Adel prices everything with humility and honesty — the exam costs what an exam should cost, and the certificate costs what two pieces of paper should cost. The staff are wonderful and Dr. Adel is very patient, caring and pretty funny too! I've been taking my pets here for a few years now. Always a great experience. Dr. Adel and the staff were very compassionate when I had to put my cat down, and explained everything to me. They aren't your typical vet who push extras on you to make money. Highly recommend them.
Extremely happy with the service here. The front desk staff was very kind, they got me in same day as my cat was having a potential emergency. The Vet also was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and gentle with my cat, also a very funny guy which definitely eased the stress of having a sick cat! Normally my cat doesn’t like new people but their approach made the appointment easy for him and he didn’t display his normal signs of stress, which says A LOT about the vibe at this office. Most caring and loving vet and staff I have ever been to. They truly care for the well being of animals, my cats are always taken care of by the dr! The only place you should ever bring your fur babies is here!
