I am baffled. My cat has a lump on her leg and I decided to visit here because my normal vet didn't have availability at the time. The issue started to get better, and I was even hesitant on bringing her in today. I should have listened to my gut feeling. The ladies at the desk were very nice, but the vet was EXTREMELY rough, squeezing the lump like he's trying to pop a pimple, causing my cat so much pain that the assistant had to hold her down by her neck. Can't speak highly enough of Dr Adel and his staff. The did an emergency spay on our 11 year old Aussie on a walk in, treated her fantastically and didn't put me in the poor house. This is now our vet.
