Charged me 100 for a 5 minute "look" at my dog seemed like I was more knowledgeable then him, he was afraid of the dog ( a loving lab ) and another 80 for antibiotics still have to take him somewhere else over a week later since he didn't help me figure out anything that I didn't already know shouldn't have even paid him. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that knows what they're doing and gives a damn!
If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would! Our experience with Dr. Adel was deeply disappointing and distressing. On two separate visits, he misdiagnosed our dog, Ruby, with open pyometra - based solely on an internal pelvic examination and without conducting any further diagnostic tests. His approach was not only dismissive but alarmingly unprofessional. Despite our repeated requests for more information and additional testing, Dr. Adel refused to answer our questions. Dr Adel has an amazing practice and group of staff working there . I have been to the clinic in a panic many years ago when my dog swallowed something that needed to be removed as an emergency. He called me throughout the night to update me and took great care of my Ruby. Ever since then I took Ruby there for routine things, such as anal glands, lump exams and nail trims.
