Do NOT trust your dog to this vet practice. My soon to be ex took my dog here and one of the vets killed her without even contacting me first. She knew the history of this dog, that she had hip surgery at another vet hospital to save her leg from being amputated! I spent over $2000 on this dog to save her life just to have this practice kill her and put her on a trash heap as if she meant nothing.....legal proceedings still in the works
Finding a new vet after the horrible information I received by Rebecca after finding an American dog tick on my puppy's muzzle after being boarded there for 5 days. After using them for over 4 years and referring two other families to them, I will be researching better vets in the area for my 2 doodles!

Gatti has been a regular at Falls Village for over 2 years now and we will never go sanywhere else. Dr. Susie saved his life, literally, and the care of all the vets and staff is the best. We live an hour away, but we can drive to Raleigh, be seen, and be back home in less time than we had to wait at our old vet. I always get to talk to a "live" person and never have to leave a message. I love the patient portal where I can check on all of Gatti's current meds and treatments and can make appointments online...it just doesn't... read more
