Living at Falls Village has been a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the incredible management and leasing team. Kayla, Elisa, and Sheriana are consistently professional, supportive, and attentive to residents' needs. Whenever a question or request arises, they handle it promptly with genuine care and efficiency. Their dedication creates a welcoming, well-managed community that truly feels like home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to live!
We have been living in this community for 10 months now and we absolutely love everything about it. The management, the maintenance, the people, comfort and ambience - all is perfect. The units are spacious with huge balconies and a lot of natural light. We enjoy our evening and late night walks within the premises, and interactions with our fellow residents. Highly recommended for everybody.
Having resided here for a period of time, I have observed the changes in property managers over the years. But it appears that the Scully company has finally got it right with the current property manager, Justin Strauss. Whenever I raise any concerns or provide feedback, he consistently goes above and beyond to acknowledge and address the situation. The office personnel, especially Kayla are wonderful to deal with. Kayla always sounds happy to hear from you and very willing to help with any issues.
