Falls Village is such a remarkable community! Kayla's dedication and attention to detail has a lot to do with it. We've been here 18 months and only wish we could have moved here much earlier. Hoping Kayla stays here a long time!
Ms. Kayla has been outstanding as a professional and very helpful with any of my business concerns as a tenant . When ever I had to leave a voicemail message, she has always responded back in a timely matter and with answers. I'm giving her a 10 as a communicator.
Since arriving at Falls Village Kayla has been a Star! The management team and the maintenance staff are all great. Kayla goes the extra mile to make sure that the residents feel welcome and listens to their concerns. Falls Village is fortunate to have Kayla on their staff.
Kayla has made navigating the moving and leasing process such a breeze! She has quickly answered every single question I had, no matter how big or small. As I anticipate moving, I know I am in good hands with Kayla and the Falls Village team. Can't wait to move in!
I have lived @Falls Village for 8years, it's a well-maintained, reasonable community to reside, in a clean and safe environment. Maintenance has next service, if it's not an emergency. Even though the Leasing Office staff has changed over the years, one to mention is Kayla Burton. She gives excellent tenant service and expresses outstanding professionalism.
