It’s the best community and apartments to live in till date over the many years living in the US moving various states!! We moved from NYC to Philly during COVID and were fortunate to find this gem of an apartment complex. The place was truly serene with close proximity to schuykill trail, church, best brunch at LeBus and moreover the awesome facilities the building management has to offer and very well maintained. Living at Falls Bridge Lofts Apartments has been a wonderful living experience because the apartments are close to work, church, medical, grocery stores and restaurants. Very peaceful and quiet apartment complex. Apartments are up-to-date with many amenities, the up- keep of the grounds and the building is great and staff are very attentive to the needs of the community. Very pleased tenant!!!
I lived here for 4 years before moving out of state. It was lovely. My dogs loved the dog park, it’s super close to downtown without feeling congested, and the units are nicely updated. My layout also had a huge bedroom. I also like that if we invited a lot of people over, we could use the basement. So many pro’s. A con of course is people that didn’t pick up after their dogs or didn’t know how to control them at all, however, this exists anywhere you go. We also met some lovely people.
Falls Bridge Lofts is such a cute place to call home! I like that it's a secured building and you can't beat assigned parking and river views!
