These guys are the BEST! In 3.5 hours they loaded up heavy furniture and tons of boxes from 1.5 storage units and up to the 3rd floor of our new walk up apartment. They were kind, professional, and very communicative. They were also very reasonable with pricing which was appreciated. They didn’t try to stay as long as possible, they worked efficiently and without complaints. If we ever move in the Chicago area again, we will definitely use Fallen Movers again.

We are really happy we chose Fallen Movers for our move recently. Mike and his crew were on time, very friendly and completely professional. Got the job done faster than anticipated, and any requests that we had, they were very accommodating. Also very reasonable rates. Will definitely look them up again for any future jobs.

Mike and Karl were absolutely fantastic during an unexpectedly shitty move out process. I don't know how we would have done it without them. Despite pressure and verbal aggression from our landlord to rush so they could clean and paint, Mike and Karl were professional, efficient, friendly, and advocated for us throughout. They were careful and thoughtful as well, protecting our furniture and belongings even as it started raining. I cannot recommend them enough and know who to contact for my next move! The price you pay for the value you get is unbeatable!!! I would 1000% without hesitation recommend Fallen Movers. I called Mike and his team at LITERALLY the last minute... I was moving and 10 minutes before my previously booked mover was set to arrive, he cancelled on me. I called Fallen Movers and he quickly answered and was so kind. He communicated thoroughly and was so easy to work with. I needed a 10 ft uHaul truck loaded and unloaded. This has been the single best moving experience I've had in the past 15 years or so! Hands down. And here is my glowing review of them! I had a move from the city to the suburbs and a storage unit. Mike, Maurice, and Karl are honest hard working gentlemen and also very professional, patient, and friendly. They all were highly communicative, checking in on us whether an item was going to the house or storage.
