After a rocky first meeting with Dr. Ursales, I feel so good about staying with the practice for “one more chance”. The office staff are excellent! When my husband and I first started with Dr. Cooke, Diane was his chair-side Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist. Not only have I known them all for over 30 years, I feel as if Diane, Rhonda and Noreen are very good friends of ours.
