Today was my first visit to Fallas Family Vision. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Fallas explained things concerning the eye which I wasn't aware of. There is a nice selection of frames. I definetly will recommend this practice to anyone needing a new doctor for thier eye care.
Dr. Fallas is second to none when comes to eye care. He is passionate about what he does and he truly cares about his patients. One Sunday morning I had a contact lenses to tear in my eye and could only find a piece of it in my eye. My eye became irritated, red and running. I contacted Dr. Fallas to see if he could recommend a solution. He told me he would meet me at his office at 1 pm that Sunday afternoon. I met him at his office and he removed the remaining contact residue from my eye. Thanks Dr. Fallas for caring!
I am very happy with the service I received at Fallas Family Vision. Dr Fallas made my eye exam simple and painless and the staff up front did a great job with helping me pick out my first pair of eye glasses. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Fallas Family Vision to anyone looking for a great eye care center.
Visited for my first time yesterday and I was so impressed. Awesome doctor, staff and office. The office was so immaculate and clean. Excellent customer service. I have now found a new eye doctor. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
My child has had very traumatic experiences in her short life, and has a tremendous fear of eye doctors. However, she has terrible vision so eye exams are necessary. We got kicked out of a big box eye care center because she could not remain calm so I tearfully came to Fallas. Everyone there was so friendly and reassuring that they could help.
