Dr. Fallas and his staff are the very best in providing great customer service and professional eye care, all in the same place. They are a very busy practice and it takes a while to get an appointment, but the wait is worth it! I had been to several eye specialist and always felt like I was rushed through. Not here, he explains everything in terms I can understand and takes time with me to make sure everything is right. Love them!
This place is unbelievable all the way from the Doctor to the employees! I feel so much more knowledgeable able my vision now after being explained how the eyes work. The staff is super friendly and the facility is very sanitized not to mention that their eyewear prices are very affordable. I also found out that the movie "Madea's Christmas" was actually filmed right there in that house. If you want to experience excellent customer service and a customer friendly staff, look no further. This is the place to Be!
